Abstract
Abstract This invention relates to the process for providing a permanently shaped fabric. A resin resistant yarn and resin absorbing yarn are knitted to provide a fabric having the resin absorbing yarns on the back and the resin resistant yarns on the face. A thermosetting resin is applied to the absorbing yarns and the fabric is partially cured, thereby providing the garment fabric with the resin absorbing yarns along the inside surface thereof.
