Abstract METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A PLATED POLYPROPYLENE WHICH COMPRISES SUBJECTING A POLYPROPYLENE COMPOSITION CONTAINING 20-50% BY WEIGHT OF AN INORGANIC POWDER HAVING AN AVERAGE PARTICLE SIZE OF LESS THAN 20 MICRONS BASED ON THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF SAID COMPOSITION TO A TREATMENT WITH AN ACID SOLUTION CONTAINING AN OXIDIZING AGENT AND FURTHER SUBJECTING THUS TREATED POLYPROPYLENE COMPOSITION TO A PLATING PROCESS.
