Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 7
Claim 1
Independent Claim 96 words
An entryway assembly for a wall, said entryway assembly comprising: a generally tubular flexible passage-defining member having a first end portion fixedly supported by the wall and a second end portion moveable relative to said first end portion, said second end portion being movable from an open position in which a person can move through both said first and second end portions of Said passage-defining member to a closed portion in which the second end portion of said passage-defining member is located in a reservoir of fluid to seal the entryway against the passage of contaminants.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 96 words
An entryway assembly for a wall, said entryway assembly comprising: a generally tubular flexible passage-defining member having a first end portion fixedly supported by the wall and a second end portion moveable relative to said first end portion, said second end portion being movable from an open position in which a person can move through both said first and second end portions of Said passage-defining member to a closed portion in which the second end portion of said passage-defining member is located in a reservoir of fluid to seal the entryway against the passage of contaminants.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 87 words
An assembly as set forth in claim 1 further including: a plurality of eyelets formed in said passage-defining member; and a cable means extending through said eyelets and connected to a drive means, said drive means being energizable to move said passage-defining member from the open position to the closed position by moving said cable means in a first direction, said drive means being reversible to move said passage-defining member from the open position to the closed position by moving said cable means in a second direction.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 102 words
An assembly comprising: a wall having an aperture formed therein; a reservoir of fluid positioned adjacent to the aperture; and a flexible closure assembly having a first end portion supported by said wall in a fixed relationship with the aperture and a second end portion which is movable relative to the aperture, said second end portion of the flexible closure assembly being movable from a first position in which the aperture is at least partially open to a second position in which the second end portion of the flexible closure assembly is located in said reservoir of fluid to seal the aperture.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 102 words
An assembly comprising: a wall having an aperture formed therein; a reservoir of fluid positioned adjacent to the aperture; and a flexible closure assembly having a first end portion supported by said wall in a fixed relationship with the aperture and a second end portion which is movable relative to the aperture, said second end portion of the flexible closure assembly being movable from a first position in which the aperture is at least partially open to a second position in which the second end portion of the flexible closure assembly is located in said reservoir of fluid to seal the aperture.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 41 words
An assembly as set forth in claim 3 further including: bar means mounted on the second end portion of said closure assembly to hold said closure assembly in said reservoir of fluid when said closure assembly is in the second position.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 31 words
An assembly as set forth in claim 3 further including: drive means connected to said flexible closure assembly to move said closure assembly from said second position to said first position.
