Abstract

Abstract A packaged game comprises a plurality of flexible plastic discs having various sizes and colors. The game is played by having one player throw a disc to attempt to at least partially cover his opponent''s disc in which event such player wins both discs. The game is terminated when one player wins all of the discs. Each disc has a tacky surface to better adhere to an opponent''s disc, and flat top and bottom surfaces with a curved edge to provide an aerodynamic design for improved accuracy in flight.

Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 3
Claim 1
Independent Claim 129 words
A playing device comprising a circular disc constituting a solid, substantially homogeneous flexible material exhibiting surface tackiness on both its top and bottom sides to aid in semiadherence of one disc to another, said disc having a diameter selected from the range of from 1 to 6 inches and a substantial uniform thickness selected from the range of from one-sixteenth to one-fourth of an inch, said disc further having a flat, bottom surface and a top surface having a centrally disposed flat surface portion parallel to said bottom surface and curved edge portions formed on the periphery of said disc to be tangent with respect to said flat surface portion and to intersect said bottom surface to form a circular edge lying in the plane of said bottom surface.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 129 words
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 18 words
The invention of claim 1 wherein said disc further comprises indicia means formed on a flat surface thereof.
