Abstract A PROCESS FOR DRILLING HOLES WITH REDUCED BURR SIZE AT THE EXIT EDGES OF THE HOLES WIHICH INCLUDES THE STEPS OF ELECTTROPHORETICALLY DEPOSITING A POLYMERIC COATING ON THE EXIT SURFACE OF THE DRILLED MEMBER PRIOR TO DRILLING, CURING THE COATING, RILLING THE HOLES AND THEREAFTER REMOVING THE CURED COATING.
