Abstract A PERMEABLE TEXTILE TUBE CONTAINING A UNIQUE FLOATING MANDREL IS INTERIORLY COATED BY PASSING A PLASTISOL THROUGH THE TEXTILE TUBE, AND THROUGH THE INTERIOR OF THE MANDREL TO A COATING ZONE ATOP THE MANDREL. AN EXTERIOR COAT IS THEN OPTIONALLY GIVEN TO THE TUBE.
