Abstract A METHOD OF MAKING A GAS TURBINE ENGINE BLADE COMPRISES FORMING THE BLADE OF TWO WALL MEMBERS WHICH ARE BONDED TO EACH OTHER AND TO HONEYCOMB STRUCTURE DISPOSED BETWEEN THE WALL MEMBERS. DIFFERENT PORTIONS OF THE HONEYCOMB STRUCTURE MAY HAVE DIFFERENT DENSITIES.
