Abstract
Abstract A method for manufacturing integrated circuit elements, including a ferromagnetic plate with an aperture through which extend the associated conductors, comprises essentially the steps of depositing copper on the two sides of the plate, forming holes in the sandwich thus obtained, electrodepositing, with the copper as an anode, a conductor along a pattern alternately extending on the two sides of the said plate, and through said holes; forming the aperture in the plate; removing the remaining copper and inserting between the plate and the conductor an insulating material.
