Abstract
Abstract An image-analyzing system using a rotating sweeping line scan to provide an input to a set of normalizing time domain filters which produce a set of outputs which describe the image in a manner independent of translation or rotation of the image. The set of outputs can be used by a pattern recognition device to classify the image.
