Abstract A SUPPORT PORTION INCLUDES AN ATTACHING MEANS AT ONE END THEREOF WHICH IS ADAPTED TO BE CLAMPED ON A FRAME OF A SEAT. THE SUPPORT PORTION EXTENDS UPWARDLY AND INCLUDES AN UPPER END TO WHICH IS PIVOTALLY INTERCONNECTED AN ARM REST PORTION. THIS ARM REST PORTION IS ADAPTED TO SWING TO ONE SIDE OF THE SUPPORT PORTION SO AS TO ENABLE AN ADJACENT SEAT TO BE PIVOTED FORWARDLY.
