Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 6
Claim 1
Independent Claim 140 words
A combination for shipping a plurality of calendars together so that the recipient thereof receives a full supply of calendars for a given period and they are not damaged in transmittal, comprising: a plurality of calendars; a planar surface that is made from the identical material that said calendars are made; said planar surface having openings defined therein that are in conformity with the outline of said calendars; a plurality of calendars integrally formed from and removably attached to said planar surface, in alignment with said planar surface and in registry with the openings formed therein; at least one of said calendars having hinge portions that extend therefrom to said planar surface; and said hinge portions being severable from said planar surface upon urging each of said individual calendars having hinged portions out of the plane of said planar surface.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 140 words
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 65 words
A combination, as defined in claim 1, wherein: said hinge portions extend from at least one end of said last calendars to said planer surface and are substantially integral therewith; and whereby forcing the end of said calendars opposite said hinge portions out of the plane of said planer surface enables greater bending force to be applied to said hinge portions and thereby sever them.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 54 words
A combination, as defined in claim 1, wherein: said hinge portions have been transversely deformed along the outline of said last mentioned calendars to weaken said hinge portions; and whereby said calendars are severed along the outlines thereof from said hinges upon urging of said calendars out of the plane of said planer surface.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 26 words
A combination, as defined in claim 3, wherein: a plurality of calendars haVing different months imprinted thereon are formed with hinges as defined in claim 3.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 32 words
A combination, as defined in claim 4, wherein: each of said calendars has opposing sides with elliptical arcs that are connected by opposing longitudinal ends which have the hinge portions formed thereon.
