Abstract
Abstract A MAGNETOMETER FOR MEASURING STATIC AND DYNAMIC MAGNETIC FIELDS. A SENSING COIL SURROUNDS A MAGNETIC CORE. THE TEMPERATURE OF THE CORE IS THERMALLY CYCLED ABOVE AND BELOW THE CURIE TEMPERATURE OF THE CORE THEREBY CAUSING THE PERMEABILITY OF THE CORE TO FLUCTUATE. A VOLTAGE PROPORTIONAL TO THE MAGNETIC FIELD UNDER TEST IS INDUCED IN THE SENSING COIL.
