Abstract A PLURALITY OF DISC-SHAPED SEMICONDUCTOR CRYSTALS ARE CEMENTED AT A SECOND SURFACE OF EACH TO A CARRIER AT DISTANCES FROM THE CARRIER WHICH COPLANARLY POSITION THE FIRST SURFACES OF THE CRYSTALS IN A MANNER WHEREBY THE PLANE OF THE FIRST SURFACES AND THE WORKING SURFACE OF THE TOOL ARE COINCIDENT.
