Abstract THE DISCLOSURE DEALS WITH MIXTURES OF CATIONIC, NONIONIC, OR AMPHOTERIC ORGANIC SURFACTANTS AND ADDITIVE AMOUNTS OF SILOXANE-OXYALKYLENE BLOCK COPOLYMERS. THE SILOXANE-OXYALKYLENE BLOCK COPOLYMERS ARE OF THE TYPE WHEREIN THE TWO KINDS OF BLOCKS ARE LINKED THROUGH AN SI-C BOND. THE BLOCK COPOLYMERS SERVE TO LOWER THE SURFACE TENSION OF AQUEOUS SOLUTIONS OF THE ORGANIC SURFACTANTS THEREBY INCREASING THE SURFACE ACTIVE PROPERTIES OF THE ORGANIC SURFACTANTS, SUCH AS FOAMING, WETTING, ETC.
