Abstract AN ELECTROPHORETIC IMAGING PROCESS IS DISCLOSED UTILIZING A CONTINUOUS COATING DEVICE. THE IMAGING PROCESS USES AT LEAST ONE ROLLER ELECTRODE AND THE COATING DEVICE INCLUDES TWO COATING MEMBERS POSITIONED IN CONTACT WITH THE SURFACE OF THE ROLLER ELECTRODE. AS THE ROLLER ROTATES A PHOTOELECTROPHORETIC IMAGING SUSPENSION IS METERED ONTO ITS SURFACE BY ONE OF THE COATING MEMBERS.
