Abstract A METHOD FOR PRODUCING A FOAMED PLASTIC CONTAINER HAVING A BODY PORTION AND A NECK PORTION WHICH ARE INTEGRALLY FORMED. THE BODY PORTION IS ESSENTIALLY CELLULAR AND THE NECK PORTION IS ESSENTIALLY NONCELLULAR. THE BODY PORTION HAS A DENSE SKIN ON ITS SURFACE. THE CONTAINER IS BLOW MOLDED FROM AN INJECTION MOLDED PARISON.
