Abstract
Abstract Methods of constructing electrical transformers having coils formed of electrically conductive strip or foil, and encapsulated in a cast solid insulation system. The strip or foil is coated with an adhesive prior to winding the coils, and the adhesive is set prior to encapsulation of the coils, to stabilize their dimensions.
