THE PANEL IS ATTACHED BY FASTENING MEANS WHICH PERMIT THE GARMENT, WITH THE ATTACHED PANELS, TO FORM SEPARATE LEG ENCLOSURES, AND WITH THE PANEL REMOVED, TO FORM A SINGLE LEG ENCLOSURE.
