Abstract A SWITCH CIRCUIT FOR USE IN A MOTION PICTURE CAMERA HAVING A SERVOMOTOR CONTROLLED IRIS. THE SERVOMOTOR OPERATES ONLY AFTER THE PICTURE TAKING SWITCH HAS BEEN OPERATED. THE SWITCH CIRCUIT PREVENTS OPERATION OF THE FILMDRIVING MOTOR UNTIL THE SERVOMOTOR DRIVING THE IRIS IS STILL OR NEARLY STILL.
