Abstract
Abstract An improved integrated circuit current switch having a time-dependent negative feed-back path for decreasing the switching time. The feed-back signal changes the level of the reference voltage applied to the current switch thereby decreasing the required. level change in the potential of the input signal for the current switch to change its state.
