IN A CIRCUIT WHICH HAS TWO ELECTRIC DEVICES, THE COMBINATION OF MEANS FOR COUPLING THE DEVICES TOGETHER REGENERATIVELY SO THAT WHEN ONE OF THE DEVICES IS IN A FIRST STATE THE OTHER DEVICE IS IN A DIFFERENT STATE, AND MEANS FOR SELECTIVELY PROVIDING DEGENERATIVE FEEDBACK IN ONLY ONE OF THE DEVICES AT ANY TIME TO COUNTERACT THE REGENERATIVE COUPLING AND TO PERMIT THE DEVICES TO BE STABILIZED AT PREESTABLISHED STATES.
