[Also in Group XXVIII] Liquified methane tanks 22 are arranged in pairs in the hold of a double-hulled ship and adjacent pairs are separated by transverse coffer dams 18 which together with the inner surfaces of the walls of the inner hull 14 are lined with heat insualting material 20.
