System for automatically swapping production capacity allocation and method therefor

Abstract

Abstract The invention relates to a system for automatically swapping wafer foundry production capacity allocation and method there for, in which the automatic swap system swaps one production process planning already scheduled by wafer foundry based on one actual order of customer. When the actual order does not comply with the previously forecasted production process planning, the production capacity allocation support requirement matching device proceeds a priority adjustment procedure that limits the production capacity quota to the production capacity in area of the customer and to the production capacity of the family of the customer respectively. Then follow the technical class of product in actual order to conduct production capacity allocation among different production capacity classes.
