Цель изобретени  - повышение надежности креплени  ножки эндопротеза в костно-мозговом канале кости. Ножка эндопротеза состоит из стержн , выполненного с несквозным продольным каналом, через радиальные отверсти  у дистального конца сообщающимс  с размещенными на его поверхности спиральными поверхностными каналами, оканчивающимис  на проксимальном конце стержн  (корпуса) ножки эндопротеза. 4 ил. The invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics and traumatology, and more specifically to endoprostheses. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of attachment of the leg endoprosthesis in the bone marrow canal of the bone.
