Abstract Translated from Russian Изобретение относитс  к медицине, а именно к стоматологии. Целью изобретени   вл етс  уменьшение рецидивов. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что осуществл ют механическую и антисептическую обработку канала зуба и пломбирование, при этом антисептическую обработку периапикальных тканей осуществл ют со стороны канала зуба и гранулемы, далее полость гранулемы пломбируют клеем. Положительный эффект обеспечиваетс  восстановлением костных структур в области периапикальных тканей. The invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry. The aim of the invention is to reduce the recurrence. This goal is achieved by performing mechanical and antiseptic processing of the canal of the tooth and filling, while antiseptic processing of periapical tissues is performed from the side of the channel of the tooth and the granuloma, then the cavity of the granuloma is sealed with glue. A positive effect is provided by the restoration of bone structures in the area of the periapical tissues.
