Continuous laminating machine
Abstract
Abstract The invention relates to a continuous laminating machine for exerting a surface pressure on a moving web of material by means of pressing belts, which roll against the stationary support structure of the machine via rod- shaped roller bodies. Between the supporting bodies, which are connected by means of clamping plates, and the two steel belts are thereby arranged cylindrical rods alternating with distance profiles matching said rods, in such a manner that the deformation forces emerging from a material web to be compressed between the steel belts, from the roller bodies under rolling friction, are led in to the supporting bodies and to the clamping plates connecting same. The toothing at edges of the steel bands engages in the outer toothing on the torque transmitting hole gear wheels, which take over the driving and the sideways guiding of the steel band running between same. <IMAGE>
