Lockable transporting box with security alarm circuit - includes preset times operating alarm if not cancelled before time elapses
Abstract
Abstract This timer and alarm circuit is used on lockable transport box used in vehicles to move money and valuables. A counter is preset by time-setting switches, and starts to count down, as a clock operates after a switch attached to the lock on the box is operated. While the counter is operating, an audible indication is given by a speaker circuit and a digital read-out shows the time-to-run. If the counter is not reset by operating the key before the time runs out, an alarm circuit operates a visual and/or audible warning. If the box is tampered with, an interference detector also causes an alarm.
