Abstract
Abstract The electro-acoustic transducer contains a capacitor element with a back electrode. It has a flat section functioning in conjunction with a diaphragm. There are a number of protrusions of electrically insulating lacquer supporting the diaphragm. The protrusions are produced by the pressure of a sieve and the lacquer is of the thixotropic type. The edge(6) is also made from the same lacquer and is a few mm wide. The electrode(7) is made from aluminium, and has a thickness of about 0.02 um.
