Abstract

Abstract The construction unit is for the forming of cast walls, having on the outside an air-and-water permeable filter layer, and comprising two parts parallel to each other. The first part (1) both acts as an inner form block (2) and cladding, and can be of either sealed or porous concrete. The second part (4) acts both as an outer form block (5) and filter layer (6), and it is of very porous filtration concrete. The parts are secured together by a number of connectors. The end of the two parts can have means for locating adjacent ones, typically in the form of bosses and grooves. There can be ribs running along the top and bottom edges.
