Surface mounting type electronic part and manufacture thereof

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To use a manufacturing device, which is the same as an electronic part having lead wires, commonly at a low cost, by extending or bending parts of the lead wires in the direction, which is intersected with the axial taking-out direction of the lead wires, and forming a surface mounted part in contact with a board along a line, and forming straight line parts at positions in close proximity with the main body of the part. CONSTITUTION:Two lead wires are extending from a main body 1 of an aluminum electrolytic capacitor in parallel. The lead wires are bent so as to expand the interval pitch of the lead wires. Straight line parts 3 are formed at the parts of the lead wires 2, which are close to the main body 1 of the part. The lead wires are molded so that the extending parts are provided continuously from the straight line parts 3. The lead wires 2 are cut between the straight line parts 3 and the extending parts. Thus, surface mounting can be performed on a printed circuit board.
