Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To high accurately position a cassette mover to each individual cassette housing rack by correcting in advance a deviation amt. in measuring point position of a sensor fitted to the cassette mover. CONSTITUTION:The deviation amt. in the position of the cassette mover 4 with a focus point as the measuring point of the sensor 21 is detected by a detector 29 as to be (DELTAx, DELTAy) and the deviation amt. in this focus position (DELTAx, DELTAy) is stored in advance to a memory. Then, the coordinate of each individual cassette housing rack 2 calculated based on the center coordinate O1 of a to-be- detected part 22 is deducted by the deviation amt. in the focus point position as the measuring point of the sensor 21, thus carrying out the positioning of the cassette mover 4 to each individual cassette housing rack 2. By this method, the high accuracy positioning of the cassette mover 4 can be performed.
