Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To rapidly and automatically perform the follow-up of an X-ray fluoroscopic image, by mounting a follow-up means for changing the positional relation between an X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus and a diagnostic apparatus so that the image of the diagnostic apparatus is contained within the predetermined range of the X-ray fluoroscopic image corresponding to the position of the diagnostic apparatus detected by a detection means. CONSTITUTION:The electromagnetic wave having a specific wavelength emitted from the transmitter 17 arranged in the vicinity of the leading end of an endoscope is received by the receiver 18 arranged in an X-ray tube part 10 and the variation of the distance between the receiver 18 and the transmitter 17 is detected by a position detector 19 to send a drive control signal to an X-Y drive motor 20 so as to make said distance shortest. The X-Y drive motor 20 is operated corresponding to said drive control signal to subject the X-ray tube part 10 to follow-up the movement so as to bring the gap with the transmitter to the shortest distance. At this time, an X-ray detector 11 moves in a bed upper part 1a so as to follow in a before-and- behind directions corresponding to the X-ray tube part 10. By this method, the image of the leading end part of the endoscope 2 is displayed on an X-ray fluoroscopic monitor 13 so as to be contained in the predetermined range of an X-ray spectroscopic image.
