Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a sepn. method which has excellent rapidness, etc., and facilitates automation by introducing a sample into the flow passage of liquid chromatography, then separating saccharified albumin and nonsaccharified albumin while moving the sample continuously in the flow passage. CONSTITUTION:The saccharified albumin and nonsaccharified albumin in the sample is separated within the same flow passage by the chromatography using the packing material having the functional group selected from a group A: dihydroxyboronyl group, carboxyl group, and sulfonic group and a group B: amino group 'Cibacron Blue F3G-A(R)' as the functional group of the packing material in this method for separating the saccharified albumin and nonsaccharified albumin in the sample by the liquid chromatography. This method consists in bringing the sample into contact with the packing material having the functional group selected from the group A, then bringing the sample into contact with the packing material having the functional group selected from the group B or bringing the sample into contact with the packing material in the state in which the functional group selected from the group A and the functional group selected from the group B co-exist.
