Halftone screen for conductor pattern printing

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a halftone screen for printing a conductor pattern to obtain a stable resistance value without conductor sag by providing a conductor sag preventing unit which covers the hole of an annular resistor at the center of the cylindrical section of the resistor. CONSTITUTION:When a halftone screen 5 is placed on the upper face of a printed substrate 1 and the surface is covered with conductor paste 6, the paste 6 which passes a conductor paste passage unit 5a is so formed in a conductor pattern 3 on the surface of the substrate 1 as to surround the periphery of a resistor 2. In this case, since the hole of the resistor 2 is covered with a conductor sag preventing unit 5e, the paste is not sagged on the inner periphery. Accordingly, a stable resistance value can be always obtained, the paste is prevented from passing the conductor patterns of both side faces, thereby obtaining a printed substrate having high reliability.
