Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent heat generation due to Joule heat during use by forming a coil pattern with an oxide superconductor which is a high temperature superconductor. CONSTITUTION:A zigzag coil pattern 3 is formed on an insulating layer 2 consisting of crystallized glass of a ferrite substrate 1, and then the substrate 1 is baked for a couple of hours at 800-1000 deg.C in the oxygen atmosphere. Then it is annealed for a couple of hours at 100-350 deg.C in the oxygen atmosphere so that oxygen is introduced to oxygen vacancy of an oxide superconductor forming the coil pattern. The oxide superconductor to be used includes ABa2Cu3O7-delta type (where delta represents an oxygen defect and the number thereof should normally be less than 1; A is more than one of rare earth elements such as Y, Yb, Ho, Dy, Eu, Er, Tm, Lu; part of Ba is replaceable with such elements as Sr), which is of the defective perovskite structure having oxygen defects, and of the layer type perovskite structure of Sr-La-Cu-O, etc.
