Synthetic resin wheel

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the impact resistance at low temperature by preparing a wheel body from polyamide resin containing specific constituents and making the wheel body softer, in the synthetic resin wheel used for a transportation dolly, etc. CONSTITUTION:A wheel which is made of synthetic resin and used for transportation dolly, etc., is constituted of a wheel body supported by a wheel supporting body. In this case, the wheel body is made of at least 12-nylon resin and polyamide resin containing elastomer. Therefore, the wheel body is made softer than the wheel body which is made by nylon resin in the conventional method, and the noise generated during traveling can be reduced, and the impact resistance at low temperature can be improved. Therefore, even if the wheel is used for a transportation dolly which is used in a refrigerator warehouse, etc., the synthetic resin wheel in which the characteristic of a wheel made of resin is not deteriorated can be obtained.
