Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve a data transfer speed by connecting a highly speedy parallel transfer equipment with plural parallel channels. CONSTITUTION:A central processing unit CPU executes an activation to respec tive parallel transfer equipment PTU#O-PTU#k by sending it to the respective groups of respective parallel channels with a parallel channel control device PCHSPV. After that, respective parallel channels (PCHoO-PCHom)...(PCHkO-PCHkl) mutually execute a data transfer without being synchronized between the correspondent parallel transfer equipments PTU#O-PTU#k and is inform the parallel channel control device PCHSPV of the termination without being syn chronized. Then, the parallel channel control device PCHSPV integrates the terminating report, synchronizes them and inform the central processing unit CPU of them. Thus, a data transfer between the respective parallel transfer equipments PTU#O-PTU#k and a main storing device MSU goes to be regard less of the peculiar operation of the respective parallel channels, a synchronizing can be finally obtained and a highly speedy data transfer device can be maintained.
