Detergent composition for aerosol
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To prepare a detergent for an aerosol which emits no offensive odor, has excellent detergency, and is capable of easy washing operation, by incorporating a liquefied petroleum gas in an aq. stock soln. contg. D-limonene and a surfactant. CONSTITUTION:A detergent compsn. comprisies 50-97wt.% aq. stock soln. contg. D-limonene and a surfactant and 3-50wt.% liquefied petroleum gas. The surfactant is pref. a nonionic surfactant which is excellent in all of the stability of emulsification with D-limonene, foaming property, detergency, and capability of being wiped off after washing. It is pref. that the title compsn. brings about no dripping when applied to an adherend surface and having excellent foaming property and a small density. With these considerations, the HLB value of the surfactant is pref. 7-16.5.
