Ink film winding method
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent idling, when an ink film is wound, by fusing thermally fusible ink applied onto a base material and adhering the ink film to a core then fixing the ink film, thereby enabling adhesion of ink film under tightly stretched state without causing blocking. CONSTITUTION:When an ink film 103 is adhered to a core 102, thermally fusible ink 101 is fused through a heat source 104 so as to adhere the core 102 and the ink film 103. Consequently, the thermally fusible ink 101 spreads in liquid state to both sides in the form of thin film, and thereby the ink film 103 can be adhered to the core 102 under tightly stretched state without producing blocking. Pretreatment of groove, consumables such as tape are not required for the core 102 and the film 103 can be wound with good balance and a wound film 103 does not idle at the core portion 102, thus enabling production of a rumple-retardant ink film 103.
