Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To respectively and surely distill and recover a high boiling point solvent and a low boiling point solvent by providing a control means for leading distillate liquid to a first tank until a temperature inside a reflux device reaches a prescribed temperature, stopping the reflux of a solvent to the inside of a packed tower thereafter and leading the distillate liquid to a second tank. CONSTITUTION: A reflux valve 306 is opened until the temperature inside a tower peak part measured by a temperature detection end 307 inserted to the tower peak part of the packed tower 301 exceeds the temperature set beforehand by a thermometer 308 and a part of a solvent mixture condensed inside a capacitor 304 flows down the inside of the layer of packing 302 through a solvent reflux pipe 305 from the upper layer part of the packing 302 of the packed tower 301 and simultaneously flows in through a solvent recovery pipe 309 to a water separator 22. At the time of detecting that the temperature set beforehand is exceeded at the temperature detection end 307, the reflux valve 306 is closed, the reflux is stopped, the water separator 22 for the low boiling point solvent connected to the solvent recovery pipe 309 is switched to the water separator 22a for the high boiling point solvent simultaneously and the solvent mixture whose main component is the high boiling point solvent is recovered.
