Fluidized bed granulating and drying apparatus
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent the falling of particles from the gaps between distributing rods and the mixing of foreign matter, by arranging a distributing plate, which is formed by arranging a large number of distributing rods to the inner peripheral wall of the opening part of an outer frame part in parallel to each other so as to provide specific gaps, so as to close the lower opening part of a container. CONSTITUTION:A distributing plate 26 is constituted so that a large number of support rods 28... are arranged to the annular outer frame part 27 in parallel to each other with a predetermined interval and a large number of distributing rods 29... are arranged thereto so as to cross the support rods at a right angle, and both end parts of the support rods 28... and those of the distributing rods 29... are fixed to the inner peripheral wall of the opening part of the outer frame part 27. The distributing rods 29... are arranged in parallel so as to provide a predetermined interval S and each of them is formed so that the width of the upper surface part 29a thereof is smaller than that of the lower surface part 29b thereof and both side surfaces 29c, 29c thereof have an inverted triangular cross-section. When fluidizing air is guided to the gaps S, the particles received in a container whose bottom surface is constituted of the upper surface parts 29a of the distributing rods 29... become a uniform and stable floating fluidized state and clogging is certainly avoided.
