Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve riding comfortableness by providing a link mechanism for permitting the horizontal movement of an operator cab, a buffer for absorbing vibration from the right and left directions and a damping device in an apparatus where the operator cab is elastically supported on a car body through the buffer and the damping device for the vertical vibration. CONSTITUTION:In a suspension apparatus main body 3 for elastically supporting an operator cab 2 on a car body 1, for example, there are provided four vertical buffers 4 and vertical damping devices 5. The lower end portions of links 6 are pivoted on brackets 5 projected separately in front and in rear and right and left on the upper surface of the car body 1, and the lower portions of bearing members 8 and each one end of horizontal buffer 9 and horizontal damping device 10 are pivoted on the upper end portions of the links 6. The other ends of the buffer 9 and the damping device 10 are pivoted on a bracket 12 projected on the car body 1. A pair of rotating shafts 15 are supported on the bearing members 8, and these rotating shafts 15 are connected to interlock with each other through levers 16 and connecting rods 17. The respective rotating shafts 15 are supported on the base of the operator cab 2 through links 18.
