Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To securely connect a heat generating element and heat dissipation material without using a bolt or nut by applying heat to resin and curing it while heat generating element is pressure-welded to a heat dissipation material coated with a semi-cured insulation resin. CONSTITUTION:An inner wall surface 11 of a heat dissipation material 1 consisting of a metal case is coated with a semi-cured insulation resin 2. As a insulation resin 2, polyimide resin, epoxy resin etc., are used. The upper surface of a heat generating element 4 such as a power transistor buried in a substrate 3 previously is pressed to the insulation resin 2. Heat is applied to the insulation resin 2 for curing after fixing a rear cover 5 to the heat dissipation material 1.
