Membrane resonance musical instrument
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To make it possible to display an optional resonance characteristic without increasing the size of an instrument by arranging plural resonators on respective positrons to be resonated with the oscillation of a membrane body and beating the membrane body to oscillate it. CONSTITUTION: One end of a barrel 1 having a cylidrical shape is opened and the other end is spread with a membrane 3. A hollow member 15 is arranged near the membrane 3 so as to be opposed to the film 3. Plural resonance spaces 16 respectively having prescribed capacity are formed on the member 15 along its circumferential direction and plural small holes 17 are similarly arranged at prescribed intervals on the inclined part of an inside face along the circumferential direction. Plural resonators 19 are constituted of the spaces 16 and the small holes 17. When the membrane body 3 is beaten, the resonators 19 are resonated with the oscillation of the film body 3. When the resonance characteristics of respective resonators 19 are respectively differently set up, a resonance effect for sounds with different frequency bands due to the oscillation of the film body 3 can be displayed.
