Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To realize stabilized control, by a method wherein an output for regulating a rotational speed is not changed when a detected rotational speed enters into an allowable range of an objective rotational speed. CONSTITUTION:A conduction angle, inputted into a phase control outputting means 8, is determined by an output determining means 6, which determines a quantized stepwise conduction angle, so that a rotating speed, detected by a rotational speed detecting means 5, is approached to an objective rotational speed. The output determining means 6 sets a new conduction angle for approaching the rotation speed to the objective rotational speed when the rotational speed is out of an allowable range about the objective rotational speed, then, the set conduction angle is outputted to a phase control outputting means 8. When the rotational speed is within the allowable range, the conduction angle, the same as a previous time, is set and is outputted to the phase control outputting means 8. At the same time, the allowable range about the objective rotational speed is changed into a wide new allowable range.
