Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To attain transmission of a continuous wave with larger power and high frequency while by preventing heating by constituting a part causing current distribution when sending a high frequency signal by a liquid nytrogen cooling superconduction material, and applying the cooling by liquid nytrogen. CONSTITUTION:An outer conductor 3 of a coaxial feeder 1 is covered concentrically by a coolant jacket 20 via a spacer. A coolant intake pipe 21 is provided to a top face of the coolant jacket 20 and a coolant delivery tube 22 is provided to the bottom face. Plural number intake pipes 21 and delivery pipes 22 are provided while being distributed axially in the coolant jacket 20 actually respectively. Moreover, such a material as YBa2Cu3Ox (x is 6-7) is used for the liquid nitrogen cooling superconduction material for the inner conductor 2 and the outer conductor 3. The liquid nytrogen 23 is filled between the inner conductor 2 and the outer conductor 3 through the coolant intake tube 21 and the delivery tube 22 and circulated. Moreover, the liquid nytrogen is made flow in the inner conductor 2 from one end of the coaxial feeder 1 toward the other end. Then the inner conductor 2 and the outer conductor 3 are kept in the superconductive state.
