Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To perform correction for a wide range of mis-matching with high accuracy, by adding a stud for correcting mis-matching with width narrower than that of a transmission line on an input matching circuit pattern, and performing easy adjustment of the stub. CONSTITUTION:A pair of stubs 9a and 9a' for correcting mis-matching are added on the input matching circuit pattern 3. Also, a pair of stubs 9b and 9b' for correcting mis-matching are added on an output matching circuit pattern 4. Those stubs 9a, 9a', 9b, and 9b' are positioned close by the mounting position 2 of a high frequency transistor, and the width Ws of them are set around 1/4 of the transmission line width Wo of the transmission lines 6a and 6b, respectively. In such a way, it is possible to correct the correcting range of the mis- matching two-dimensionally by the adjustment of those added stubs. Therefore, it is possible to correct a wide range of mis-matching by applying easy adjustment of the stubs with high accuracy.
