Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To uniformize a conversion gap and to enhance reliability by providing adhesive agent inflow parts at adequate intervals to the entire region of the joint part of 1st magnetic material blocks and 2nd magnetic material blocks and admitting the adhesive agent into the adhesive agent inflow parts, thereby joining both. CONSTITUTION:The adhesive agent inflow parts are provided at adequate intervals to the entire region of the joint parts of the 1st and 2nd magnetic material blocks 3-6 and the adhesive agent 13 is admitted into the adhesive agent inflow parts. Recesses 12 generated by a difference in the film thickness between conversion gap films 9 as well as conversion elements 1 and dummy elements 7 have the spacing parts enough to allow the adhesive agent 13 to penetrate therein by capillarity, etc. The adhesive agent 13 is thereby filled into the recesses simply when a sufficient pressurizing force is exerted thereto at the time of the adhesion; in addition, the conversion gap length 11 can be determined by the conversion gap films 9 and is formable without fluctuations. The sufficient adhesion strength is obtd. uniformly over the entire region of the adhered surfaces.
