Automatic rice refining apparatus

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To save the labor of rice milling work by making the load of a rice polishing section controllable by a deciding means for deciding the degree of achievement of a yield. CONSTITUTION: This circulation type rice milling device is provided with a weight detecting means S1 for detecting the weight W of rice grains under a rice milling process and a means for setting the weight W0 of the unpolished rice to be subjected to rice milling. Further, the device is provided with a deciding means 2 for detecting the degree of achievement of the yield in accordance with the weight W of the rice grains and the weight W0 of the unpolished rice. The load of the rice polishing section corresponding to the degree of achievement of the yield accompanying the progression of rice milling is set and the load meeting the degree of achievement of the yield outputted by a deciding means 2 is selected from the set load, then the load of the rice polishing section is controlled so as to attain the selected load in a load control means 4. Consequently, the manpower is saved by automatically controlling the number of revolutions and load of the rice milling machine.
