Tape wire equipped with shield
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a good shield effect by making one of the conductors in the tape wire of the title usable for drain, and shielding the whole circumference of the tape cable with metal layers. CONSTITUTION:A metal layer 32 and 32a is put to be a composite tape 30, where the composite tape 30 has the metal layer 32 and an insulation layer 34 attached integrally, and a binding layer 36 is provided on one side of it. For the metal layer 32, metal of copper, aluminum or the like is used in the form of film, foil, mesh or the like. For the insulation layer 34, PET or the like is used. The composite tape 30 is applied on the top surface of a tape wire 16. At this time, a small gap 37 is formed from the end of the tape wire 16. The tape 30, the metal layer 32, and a conductor 10a for drain are welded by an ultrasonic welder 38 in spots or continuously. The insulation layer 34 is welded to open a window 42, where the metal layer 32 is exposed. Next a composite tape 30a is applied to the lower surface and both sides of the wire 16 and over the sides of the tape 30. The metal layers 32 and 32a are electrically connected.
